After a decade hiring, training, and managing offshore teams for clients across three continents, one thing was obvious: the talent was never the constraint. The process was. So I built a system that removes the guesswork entirely.
From Practitioner to Founder
I started building my practice on Upwork in 2015, delivering SEO, paid media, web development, and operations support for clients across the US, UK, and Australia. Over 7,778 billed hours and more than 100 engagements, I earned Top Rated Plus status and have held a 97% job success score since.
As the client base grew, the same request kept surfacing: help us find people we can rely on. These were capable operators who had already worked the obvious channels, job boards, freelancer marketplaces, referrals, and come away with the same result. Inconsistent communication. Missed deadlines. Turnover.
I knew Filipino talent was world class because I worked alongside it every day. The talent pool was never the issue. The hiring process around it was. Why I Built ArmaOPS+
After placing hundreds of professionals, a second constraint became clear: even excellent people were being held back by outdated workflows, moving data between tabs, formatting reports by hand, and losing hours to work that should take minutes.
So I built ArmaOPS+, an AI-powered operations layer that supercharges every VA we place. It integrates directly into their daily workflows: email management, CRM updates, document processing, scheduling, and reporting.
