Choosing between customer service outsourcing companies is mostly a question of scale and control. The enterprise platforms will run a thousand seats across six countries but will not take your forty-seat account seriously. The on-demand providers will start you next week but will not build you a named team. Somewhere between those two is the provider that actually fits.
This comparison covers fourteen providers across four buying models, with what each one is genuinely good at and where each one falls down. Armasourcing is on the list, and we have been explicit about that below.
How we picked these customer service outsourcing companies
Every provider here appears in the live US search results for customer service or call center outsourcing, has a public website describing what it sells, and serves English-language support. Company descriptions reflect each provider’s own public positioning as of July 2026, and every entry links to its own site so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
We publish this list and we are on it. That is worth saying plainly, because most roundups you will find in this category are published by providers who put themselves at number one without mentioning it. We have put ourselves in the category we actually compete in, which is the smallest one on this page, and we have written the same “worth knowing” limitation for our own entry that we wrote for everyone else’s.
No pricing figures appear below. Published rates in this category go stale fast and almost every provider quotes against scope, so any number here would mislead you.
Enterprise CX platforms
These are the household names of the industry. They run multi-thousand-seat programs across multiple continents with formal compliance, workforce management, and redundancy. If you are a global brand with a large support operation, this is your shortlist. If you are a growing company with thirty agents, you will struggle to get their attention.
1. TP (formerly Teleperformance)
TP is among the largest customer experience providers in the world, operating across dozens of countries with an enormous delivery footprint. It rebranded from Teleperformance to TP, and the old domain now redirects. If you need multi-language coverage across several regions with heavy compliance requirements, very few providers can match the scale.
Best for: global enterprises needing multi-region, multi-language coverage at scale.
Worth knowing: scale cuts both ways. Contracts, onboarding, and change requests move at enterprise pace, and smaller accounts rarely get senior attention.
2. Concentrix
Concentrix is another of the global giants, considerably larger since combining with Webhelp. It sells CX strategy, technology, and delivery as a bundle rather than seats alone, which suits organizations that want a transformation partner rather than a staffing vendor.
Best for: enterprises buying CX technology and delivery together.
Worth knowing: the integrated approach means longer sales cycles and a bigger commitment than a company simply looking to staff a support queue usually wants.
3. TTEC
TTEC is a publicly traded US provider that splits its business between CX consulting and technology on one side and outsourced delivery on the other. The public reporting means more visibility into its financial health than most private competitors offer.
Best for: mid-to-large enterprises wanting a US-headquartered partner with public accountability.
Worth knowing: like its peers, the commercial model is built around larger programs, so small pilots are not the natural fit.
4. Foundever
Foundever is the brand formed out of the Sitel Group rebrand, operating a large global delivery network across many markets. Strong option where regional coverage and established process maturity matter more than flexibility.
Best for: established brands consolidating support across regions.
Worth knowing: the rebrand is relatively recent, so older reviews and case studies circulate under the previous name and can be confusing to research.
5. TELUS Digital
TELUS Digital, previously TELUS International, pairs customer experience delivery with digital and AI data services, and runs a substantial Philippines operation. A good fit where support and data work sit in the same program.
Best for: companies buying CX alongside AI training data or digital engineering.
Worth knowing: the breadth is real, but if you only want support agents you may be paying for a platform relationship you will not use.
6. TaskUs
TaskUs built its reputation on digital-native clients, marketplaces, and technology companies, with significant delivery in the Philippines and a strong line in trust and safety and content moderation alongside standard support.
Best for: technology and marketplace companies, especially where trust and safety work is involved.
Worth knowing: it has moved steadily upmarket, so the minimum viable engagement is larger than it was in its earlier years.
Mid-market managed providers
This tier is where most growing companies actually land. Smaller than the giants, more structured than a freelancer, and generally willing to build you a named team rather than pooled coverage.
7. Helpware
Helpware positions itself around human-led support with AI assistance, operating across a spread of global locations. It targets mid-market brands wanting dedicated teams rather than shared pools.
Best for: mid-market companies wanting dedicated agents with modern tooling.
Worth knowing: delivery is spread across many locations, so ask specifically where your team will sit and who manages them day to day.
8. SupportNinja
SupportNinja focuses on growth-stage and mid-market companies, with substantial Philippines delivery, covering customer support along with back office and technical work.
Best for: scaling companies that need support and back office capacity together.
Worth knowing: aimed at companies already growing quickly, so very small or very unpredictable volumes are a weaker fit.
9. Peak Support
Peak Support combines US-based account management with offshore delivery, pitching itself on quality and culture fit rather than lowest cost.
Best for: brands that want offshore economics with a US-based relationship layer.
Worth knowing: the US management layer is part of what you pay for, so it will not be the cheapest quote you receive.
10. Hugo
Hugo works with startups and scale-ups, with delivery notably including African markets, covering support, data, and back office tasks.
Best for: startups wanting to start small and grow the team gradually.
Worth knowing: its delivery geography differs from the Philippines-centric providers on this list, which matters for timezone overlap and accent preferences.
Flexible and on-demand support
Built for companies whose volume moves unpredictably, or who are not ready to commit to a fixed team.
11. Influx
Influx sells support on a flexible, month-to-month basis, designed to scale up and down with seasonal peaks rather than lock you into a headcount commitment.
Best for: ecommerce and seasonal businesses with spiky volume.
Worth knowing: flexibility usually trades against continuity, so ask how consistent your agent roster stays month to month.
12. ShyftOff
ShyftOff runs a flexible network of US-based agents, positioned as an alternative to both traditional offshore BPOs and fixed in-house teams.
Best for: companies that specifically require US-based agents with flexible capacity.
Worth knowing: US-based delivery carries US labor costs, so this is a quality and location decision rather than a cost-saving one.
SMB and Philippines specialists
The smallest tier, and the one most relevant if you are hiring your first support team rather than replacing an existing one.
13. Magellan Solutions
Magellan Solutions is a Philippines-based provider that has focused explicitly on small and medium businesses for years, an unusual position in an industry that mostly chases enterprise logos.
Best for: SMBs wanting an established Philippines BPO that will take a small account seriously.
Worth knowing: as a smaller provider it does not carry the multi-region redundancy an enterprise buyer would expect.
14. Armasourcing
This is us, so treat the following accordingly and check it against the rest of the page. Armasourcing builds managed Filipino contact center teams from ten seats, along with single-agent and answering service coverage below that threshold. Teams are dedicated rather than pooled, run by a Team Lead with call QA, and clients keep their own data and recordings.
Best for: SMBs and mid-market companies hiring their first support team, or scaling from one agent to a full desk without switching providers.
Worth knowing: we are the smallest provider on this list. Delivery is Philippines-only, so we cannot offer follow-the-sun redundancy across multiple regions, and we are the wrong answer for a multi-language European program or a thousand-seat enterprise migration. If that is your requirement, the first section of this page is where you should be looking.
Which one, for which situation
- Global enterprise, multi-language, heavy compliance: TP, Concentrix, Foundever, TELUS Digital
- US-headquartered partner with public reporting: TTEC
- Technology, marketplace, or trust and safety work: TaskUs
- Mid-market, dedicated team, modern tooling: Helpware, SupportNinja, Peak Support
- Startup starting small: Hugo
- Unpredictable seasonal volume: Influx
- US-based agents required: ShyftOff
- SMB first support team, Philippines delivery: Magellan Solutions, Armasourcing
Not sure whether you need a team or a single agent?
If you are running a thousand-seat migration we are the wrong call and we will tell you so. If you are hiring your first two support people, or scaling a small desk into a real one, that is exactly what we build.
Call center outsourcing companies vs customer service outsourcing companies
The two phrases get used interchangeably and most providers on this page sell both, but the distinction still matters when you are scoping. Call center outsourcing usually implies voice as the primary channel, often with outbound work such as appointment setting or telemarketing campaigns alongside inbound. Customer service outsourcing is broader and typically omnichannel: voice plus email, chat, and ticketing.
Ask any shortlisted provider which channels are included in the quoted rate. Chat and email are frequently priced separately from voice, and a quote that looks competitive on voice alone can change substantially once the other channels are added.
What to ask before you sign
- Is my team dedicated or pooled? Pooled agents are cheaper and less consistent. Neither is wrong, but you should know which you are buying.
- Where exactly will my team sit, and who manages them? Multi-location providers do not always place you where the sales conversation implied.
- What happens to my data and call recordings if we leave? Get the answer in writing before signing, not during offboarding.
- What is the ramp time to full productivity? Two to four weeks is normal for a small team. Anyone promising same-week productivity is describing onboarding, not competence.
- How is quality actually measured? Ask to see a real scored call recording from an existing account, redacted. Providers who genuinely do QA will have one ready.
- What are the exit terms? Notice periods vary widely and are the single most negotiated clause in this category.
Frequently asked questions
How much do customer service outsourcing companies charge?
Nearly every provider on this page quotes against scope rather than publishing rates, because pricing depends on channels, hours, seat count, and language. Published figures go stale quickly. Our own breakdown of what call center outsourcing costs explains the pricing models you will encounter so you can compare quotes on the same basis.
Is the Philippines still the best place to outsource customer service?
It remains the largest English-language delivery market and the default for voice work, largely on English proficiency and cultural alignment with US consumers. It is not automatically right for every case: European language coverage and same-timezone work point elsewhere. See call center outsourcing in the Philippines for the detail.
What is the minimum team size worth outsourcing?
Below roughly ten seats most enterprise providers will not engage, which is the gap that smaller providers exist to fill. Below two or three agents you are usually better served by a single dedicated person or an answering service than by a managed team.
Should I outsource support or hire virtual assistants?
Support teams suit steady ticket and call volume with defined service levels. Individual assistants suit varied work that does not fit a queue. If that is closer to your situation, our comparison of virtual assistant companies covers that market separately.
Company descriptions reflect each provider’s own public positioning as of July 2026. Providers change their focus, pricing, and delivery locations regularly, so confirm the current details directly with anyone you shortlist.
