Creator Partner Terms

1. Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone approved as a Creator Partner through the application at armasourcing.com/partners/creators/. Approval is at Armasourcing's discretion. We look for creators whose audience is genuinely business owners, founders, or operators, since that is who our service is built for.

2. What you get

• A co-branded landing page at a unique link, tied to your account.
• A dashboard showing your earnings, referred clients, lead pipeline, and payout history, updated in real time.
• Approved talking points and brand assets to use when recommending us.

3. Commission

You earn 15% of the recurring fee a client you referred actually pays Armasourcing, for the first 24 months that client's account is active and paying. This is calculated on collected revenue: if a client's payment is late, refunded, or never clears, no commission is owed on it for that period.

A "referred client" is a business that engaged Armasourcing because of an introduction that can reasonably be traced to you, whether through your tracked link or a lead you registered directly in your dashboard before the introduction happened. Registering a lead in your dashboard before you make the introduction is the most reliable way to make sure it is credited to you.

4. Payment

Commission is paid monthly, by the 5th of the following month, for any commission that cleared in the prior month. Payment method is agreed with you individually (typically PayPal). There is no minimum payout threshold.

5. What we ask of you

• Represent Armasourcing accurately. Use the talking points provided; do not state pricing, VA pay, or applicant pool figures, since we do not publish those.
• Disclose the relationship where your audience or platform requires it (for example, standard affiliate/paid-partnership disclosure on YouTube or TikTok).
• Do not make claims we have not given you: guarantees, timelines, or outcomes beyond what is on our public site.
• Do not target businesses that are already active Armasourcing clients.

6. Fraud and abuse

We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim commission, and to remove a partner from the program, in cases of fabricated leads, self-referral, misrepresentation of a client relationship, or any attempt to manufacture clicks or leads that do not reflect a real referral.

7. Ending the partnership

Either you or Armasourcing may end this partnership at any time, for any reason, with 14 days' written notice (email is sufficient). During the notice period, your existing referred clients keep generating commission as normal. Once the partnership ends, your landing page and dashboard access are deactivated and no further commission accrues, including on clients referred before the end date, except for commission already earned and unpaid at that point, which is still paid out.

We may end a partnership immediately, without notice, in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or a material breach of Section 5 or 6 above.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially reduces your commission rate or term on clients you have already referred, it will not apply retroactively to those existing accounts. Continued participation in the program after an update means you accept the current terms.

9. Not an employment or exclusive relationship

This is an independent referral partnership, not an employment, agency, or exclusive relationship. You are free to promote other products and services, including competitors, unless you have signed a separate agreement that says otherwise.
